HHEI is a VCSE-eligible Community Interest Company that works with NHS bodies and Integrated Care Boards on hormonal health pathway design, clinical education, and equity audits. The founding board holds primary care, occupational medicine, and secondary care, all with direct clinical experience of the populations most underserved by current pathways. HHEI is asset-locked, non-commercial, and eligible for NHS direct commissioning and VCSE grant funding.

KHUSH™: South Asian workforce health
Staff of Asian heritage are more than one in ten of the NHS workforce, the largest minority group in the service. KHUSH gives trusts a named action for their WRES action plan and EDI Improvement Plan for their own staff, and gives commissioners Core20PLUS5 evidence for South Asian populations, from clinicians who are South Asian. Education only, no patient data.

The system case
Every programme is designed to generate structured outcome data: pre and post measures, health outcome indicators, and community-level evidence reported through the annual community interest report. Commissioning a programme is commissioning evidence alongside it.

As a VCSE-eligible CIC, HHEI can be commissioned directly by ICBs under health inequalities and Core20PLUS5 budgets.
